Georgian College is one of the top Co-op Colleges in Canada.

Co-op (paid work experience for 4 months) is integrated into programs and students can do 1/2/3 Co-ops depending on their program choice.

Average placement rate is 90% and Students in a Co-op Program at Georgian can make anywhere from $10.25 CAD per hour – $24.00 CAD per hour – earning potential for each Co-op being $6000 CAD to $8000 CAD!

Co-operative Education is a mandatory component of all Co-op programs at Georgian College; it is designed as a process by which students integrate their academic education with work experience related to their program of study. This integration allows for much more than simply earning a salary.

It enables adjustment to the Canadian work environment and the development of professionalism.

It reinforces skills and theory learned during academic semesters, develops professional contacts, hands-on job and industry knowledge, enhances interpersonal and communication skills and promotes personal maturity and financial independence.

Not surprisingly, Georgian College has the highest graduate employment rate since 12 years!
